We accept returns for any reason within 30 days after the purchase date as long as the product is not custom ordered, second grade, tavern grade, cabin grade, or final sale purchase. In addition to this, any carpet less than 100 sf can not be returned. All boxed goods must be in the sealed original box (any open boxes can’t be returned). All returns need to be authorized and unauthorized returns (including refused deliveries) will not be accepted. For approved returns, there is a minimum 25% restocking fee (restocking fees vary from manufacturer to manufacturer). In addition to this, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. We would not be able to accept returns after 30 days after the purchase date.
